Born into a family of designers and architects in Santo Domingo, Gina Calventi grew up enjoying and surrounded by fine curated design and creativity in an environment filled with the bright light and intense colors of the Caribbean.
Inspired by the urge to connect with that bright light, she pursued a practice in Lighting Design after completing her Bachelor in Architecture degree at the University of Houston. Today, she blends fine design and an entrepreneurial drive with a cultivated, refined eye for contemporary style in all of her endeavors.
Gina is energized by impeccable design concepts, contemporary dance, culinary experiences, and the light and colors of the Tropics.
